SHOCKER: Mitch McConnell Urges GOP Senators to Block Border Bill, Citing “Political Mood in the Country Has Changed” Rather Than Flaws in Legislation

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has advised GOP senators to block the motion to proceed with the border security bill during a Wednesday vote, as reported by Punchbowl News.

This development comes after closed-door meetings where McConnell emphasized a “change” in the political climate as a rationale for opposing the bill negotiated by Senator Lankford.

As the GOP senators convened on Monday night to deliberate over the compromised border bill, it became evident that the likelihood of obtaining the necessary 60 votes to move forward with the national security package was dwindling.

“McConnell recommended to GOP senators behind closed doors that they BLOCK the border bill on Wednesday, per multiple sources, bc it’s clear that most Republicans are preparing to vote no — either because they oppose the bill or want more time,” according to Punchbowl News reporter Andrew Desiderio.

Mitch needs to go out to pasture. He only wants to look good when the rocks are lined up against him. The democrats love him and his pockets are green and not from envy. Of course by his looks his days are number and he will leave everything here…js

No one should be elected who has to be forced to do the right thing.

Lets see here: Mitch is married to a Chinese Dual Citizen whose Father(largest contributor to the McConnell Campaign) is also dual citizen and founder of Foremost Maritime (large Chinese cargo shipping)…hell no favors or collusion here. He’s had how many strokes…time for this Walking Dead POS to go! We’re tried of looking at his Gobbler!

The Chinese threw a lot of business to Foremost Maritime once ol’ Mitch started taking care of the Chinese.

The bill is an abomination to all American citizens and it’s the final nail in the coffin for our nation. every one of these Rinos have committed treason and should be dealt with as traitors to the constitution and the oaths of office they all took. these are whores, pimps and pigs masquerading as conservatives. just looking at them disgusts me, and in our state, Tillis makes me sick to watch him gravel at the feet of Schumer and his pals across the aisle. Ted Budd is voting no on this, and he is fully aware the bill would be the end of the United States as we know it.

Congress forgets that they work for us! There is NO quid pro quo! Priority should be fixing the borders, closing them to stop the “bleeding.” Deport illegal immigrants that came over during all Invasions! A country without border control will cease to exist.

“Congress forgets that they work for us!” Yes, in theory you are correct and that is the way it is suppose to work. But, unfortunately, they know only too well who they really work for. They work for their NWO, globalist elite masters who tell them how to vote. They don’t give one damn about what the average American wants; especially patriots, conservatives and traditionalists.
