You are a mind-reader, BRD. Russian hypersonics, when launched, will make mincemeat out of troops, tanks, etc., and will do the same for our ships in the (relatively) narrow confines of the Eastern Med, the Persian Gulf (a veritable bathtub), etc.
Carrier Doctrine’s First Principle is Invisibility. There is none in this theater. Even the USS Eisenhower got an ass-kicking from the Houthis, basically a goat-humping by goat humpers–and we were the “goat.”
We could move all of our navy into said theater and we could leave it all at the bottom of the sea–literally. What is a carrier if not a thick-skinned floating hunk of metal with an incendiary core? Drop a few (as few as one) missiles into the core and the outcome is automatic. USS Forrester, anyone? And that was “friendly fire–the “incoming!” was ours.
The West has armed a 7th Century blood cult with modern weaponry; the fundamentalist Iranian theocrats believe that their mission is to smite Israel from the map–the Great Satan included. Armageddon–the real one–could follow.
A draft, a land deployment in the ME in support of (((worldwide Banking Interests))) our “greatest ally” will, IMO, result in massive non-compliance. We learned how our leaders valued 58,000 soldiers in Vietnam; we heard former SecDef McNamara clearly state that Vietnam was a mistake, that the Gulf of Tonkin Incident was a false flag. Rumsfeld was just as evil, cooking up Gulf Wars I & II (along with (((Paul Wolfowitz))), who orgasmed at the thought of the massive U.S. power expended for his Nation of Israel.
The five “Dancing Israelis” on a New Jersey rooftop on 9/11 was the precursor to the entire Gulf War strategy. After all, the American People, traditionally, need to be motivated, and said motivation was provided by the metric fuck-ton.
So, an orderly (aka: “patriotic”) compliance with a draft will not happen. We have seen too much, our FedGov–at every opportunity–lied, lies and will continue to lie to suit its agenda and we are forced to pay for it all with our taxes, our inflation (more taxes) and our blood (sons & daughters), expended by this latest iteration of whatever contemptible standard we now accept as “leadership” today.
What if they gave a war and nobody came? The American People are generous and patriotic to a fault, but this nation is not what we once were. Our “leadership” (whatever the F. that is) has transformed (by offshoring our industrial might and diluting our White European demographics)–our “Americanism”–into an unrecognizable pile of dung: we have, decades ago, ceased to be a coherent nation. Thanks to 1. open borders, 2. no common language and, 3. no shared values of what it means to be “American,” we are a land mass.
Young men and women of FUSA will not likely sign up to “defend” a land mass. It doesn’t “feel right.” And it’s all about the “feels,” as we are lectured daily on (((social media))).
