According to the Zerohedge article there has been no decrease in NYC truck traffic.

Of all the poster’s of this site is there anybody in the NYC area that can go into a few grocery stores and coffee shops and listen?

We must be careful to speak only what we know to be true. If we learn that we have unintentionally said something that is not true, we should admit it and do our best to undo the damage.

Truth is our greatest weapon in this war. We must speak only the truth or we will not be believed.
