So Much for Swearing an Oath to Uphold the Constitution

Some of them say that they’ll take care of the unconstitutional issues later, but they “have to keep the government running” or some such crap. Unfortunately, out of sight, out of mind. Not giving them a pass, because they know what they’re doing, but they ALWAYS take the easy road. Easy money. Easy power. Easy everything. Ted Cruz does not deserve to get re-elected because of this. Neither does ANYONE who voted for renewing the FISA program.

Don’t give them what they want. Disconnect your google account from your phone (or apple account if on an iPhone). Turn of your location settings. Disable push notifications. Use a VPN (it’s freaking inexpensive and easy… stop being lazy). Put your phone in a faraday bag when you’re not using it. Never, EVER buy IoT appliances (anything that requires an internet connection… this includes cars. If you buy a new car, you’re simply an idiot. That’s right, I said it. Don’t connect your TV to the internet, unless of course you use it for streaming, then disable the camera and microphone in it. Since you need a router for your internet, spend the money and buy a router flashed with a VPN built in and learn how to enable it.

These are just a few things you can do to protect yourself, since no one, and I mean ABSOLUTELY NO ONE is going to do anything to stop the government from spying on you.
