David: I know that deep in your heart and mine, that neither one of us will rest on all of this until we take our last breath of air and slide into the finish line having taken as many of these bastards as we can with us ! Glenn Beck can do whatever he wants to do.
That is what soldiers who are men of honor & character do even when the odds are against them going into the battle my friend.
There is no compromise on this !

All your points are viable and I agree with them and at the same time I firmly believe we are in a war against evil unlike any we have seen before in our lifetimes !
I also believe that the “Good Lord” expects “Me”, if not you or others, to stand up and be a “Sheep Dog” to protect others and not be enslaved or killed by those that want to do us and our families harm because we are Christians !
I recently heard a Pastor preach a sermon on “Sheepdogs” on YouTube and it was very moving and I fully agree with his sermon which used passages in the Bible to make his points ! He even admitted he felt compelled to carry a concealed pistol in church to be able to defend his congreation who were his herd of sheep !
He also cited the many incidents in the United States where acts of violence had been done either inside churches or on the grounds of churches over the previous years as food for
thought !
Do I sometimes feel like saying the hell with it ! Yes, but at the same time I do know that we have to stand up for our belief’s and principals even when we have inner conflicts whether they are religious in nature or for some other reason.
At the end of the day, we will all have to make this decision some day soon and hop off that fence down on one side or the other.
I have all ready made my decision many years ago because of my background and experiences but at the same time pray each day I will not have to ever use my training again !
In closing at the time I am typing this, I am looking at a small version of the “Serenity” Prayer which helps me through each day and keeps me in control of my worst fears !
Take care my friend, Don

I sincerely hope we have a opportunity to discuss this further sometime soon but in the meantime all we can do is prepare for the worst and hope for the best along with a prayer each day that we are given the courage, wisdom, and ability to survive what ever comes our way !
