Would think it depends on who owns it. Private should go to an insurance company. Gubmint….it’s us.

Idiots, plain and simple. The technology is useless on a large scale electrical generation and it’s not reliable, but okay for personal use on farms and homeowners. When I was working for a large scale utility in New York our company erected a new electric generating technology to generate electricity using a new type of battery technology , the project was an abstract failure because the feds were financing 50% of the project, so called green energy and this was back in 1985 The plant was off line more then it was generating power. The building was dismantled and the garbage was hauled away. I have seen technology that can run homes and businesses for years and without any fuel running the generator and it’s continuous power and can run for years and every now and then taken out of service for tune ups. My company packed by up the project and it was never seen again. Endless power with no fuel running it. All the technology is already here for all Americans but we will never see it.

All I can say about the project is this, the unit itself is the size of a standby home portable generator unit built with 1940’s generator and pump technology coupled together and is started with pressurized air or any other type of gas just to going , once ignited it then gets decoupled from the ignition source and runs on perpetual motion endlessly and never needs to be shut off and only for tune ups if need be. I have seen it it run and it was used to run machinery in the building I was in . They did all
The testing and watched it run and recorded it output for 6 months without any system failure. The higher ups in the company shut the project down and it was never heard or seen again.

Would be nice to actually find out what happens with this. They might just abandon it or walk away from it.

A misallocation of resources on a huge scale…. disappointing, but not surprising.

Then -“Hey, lets build giant solar farms where there is a lot of sunlight!”

Now – “Who knew that hot sunny climates produce thunderstorms with hail?”

God – “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.”
