Only areas of the country that will give up the Bill of Rights and turn in their firearms will get support. Consider watching the documentary “Coconut Revolution.” It’s on Youtube. Excellent ideas from folks in Papua New Guinea who are struggling to survive during a war with the PNG, et al, who have left them starving and without supplies. Check out what they do.
