Abstract

The efficiency of delivery of DNA vaccines is often relatively low compared to protein vaccines. The use of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) to deliver genes via magnetofection shows promise in improving the efficiency of gene delivery both in vitro and in vivo. In particular, the duration for gene transfection especially for in vitro application can be significantly reduced by magnetofection compared to the time required to achieve high gene transfection with standard protocols. SPIONs that have been rendered stable in physiological conditions can be used as both therapeutic and diagnostic agents due to their unique magnetic characteristics. Valuable features of iron oxide nanoparticles in bioapplications include a tight control over their size distribution, magnetic properties of these particles, and the ability to carry particular biomolecules to specific targets. The internalization and half-life of the particles within the body depend upon the method of synthesis. Numerous synthesis methods have been used to produce magnetic nanoparticles for bioapplications with different sizes and surface charges. The most common method for synthesizing nanometer-sized magnetite Fe3O4 particles in solution is by chemical coprecipitation of iron salts. The coprecipitation method is an effective technique for preparing a stable aqueous dispersions of iron oxide nanoparticles. We describe the production of Fe3O4-based SPIONs with high magnetization values (70 emu/g) under 15 kOe of the applied magnetic field at room temperature, with 0.01 emu/g remanence via a coprecipitation method in the presence of trisodium citrate as a stabilizer. Naked SPIONs often lack sufficient stability, hydrophilicity, and the capacity to be functionalized. In order to overcome these limitations, polycationic polymer was anchored on the surface of freshly prepared SPIONs by a direct electrostatic attraction between the negatively charged SPIONs (due to the presence of carboxylic groups) and the positively charged polymer. Polyethylenimine was chosen to modify the surface of SPIONs to assist the delivery of plasmid DNA into mammalian cells due to the polymer’s extensive buffering capacity through the “proton sponge” effect.

A pharmaceutical company that did not participate in Operation Warp Speed is predicting a 50% death rate in the first year and an 80% death rate within 5 years from this vaccine.

Yes. Thank you for the continuing effort to bring vital information to as many people as possible. God has given us the great hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit gives wisdom and discernment, which is so imperative, especially in these days of deception. Preaching the Gospel in the desire to see men repent and accept the glorious gift of salvation is the most important thing in the world, but as I’ve commented on other posts here, and have to again ask; why isn’t vaccine injury and death the next most important topic in the world? Nothing else on earth will matter if we see the actual number of deaths projected by numerous qualified voices. I’m willing to be seen as a pessimist or fear-monger under these circumstances. I’m also doing my best to learn what could be done to help prevent as many of these deaths as possible. At this point, the basic understanding I have is the spike protein damage can be immediate and deadly, post inoculation, or not occur for months, and the additional major threat to the inoculated will be exposure to a coronavirus leading to fatal ADE. Several articles and videos have described ACE2 blockade as a preventative for spike protein disease and death. Ivermectin is reportedly effective in keeping the spike protein from binding to ACE2 receptors, and Judy Mikovits mentioned Suramin, which is apparently a pine oil derivative, as a remedy. This has led to talk of pine needle tea or concentrated extract as a viable preventative/treatment. Of course, optimal holistic health is a benefit, but maybe not in the inoculated. I’m throwing this out hoping for direction, correction, clarification, and/or validation. I have serious skin in the game, as I suspect most everyone does. I have steadfastly rejected vaccines for many years, including, most adamantly, these impostor COVID vaccines, but many of my family and friends have not. Please continue this great work.

Hopefully this doesn’t get all jumbled up in one long paragraph.
They are composed of messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) strands encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). These mRNA COVID-19 vaccines encode the viral Spike (S) glycoprotein. (Note: These are artificially created in a lab. There is nothing natural about them).
NO! YOU DON’T SAY!
The nightmare scenario would be if e.g. the mRNA vaccines’ lipid nanoparticles are, indeed, crossing the BBB and getting endocytosed into critical glial cells, like oligodendrocytes, or even worse, into the neurons themselves in the brain and spinal cord, putting a bullseye on these critical cell for cytotoxix (T-cells). ~ Jacob Wes Ulm, MD, Ph.D., Geneticist, Jan, 2021

Abstract
Background: Brain is a delicate organ, separated from general circulation and is characterized by the presence of relatively impermeable Blood Brain Barrier (BBB). The BBB maintains homeostasis in the brain thus restricting the entrance of foreign bodies and several molecules from reaching the brain. As a result several promising molecules do not reach the target site and fail to produce in vivo response. Nevertheless, lipid nanoparticles are taken up readily by the brain because of their lipophilic nature. The bioacceptable and biodegradable nature of lipid nanoparticles makes them less toxic and suited for brain targeting.
Objective: In the present review the BBB, mechanism of transport across the BBB, strategies to bypass the blood-brain barrier have been presented. The aptness of lipid nanoparticles for brain targeting has been highlighted. The proposed mechanism of uptake of the lipid nanoparticles, methods of prolonging the plasma retention and various methods of preparation for formulation of effective delivery systems for brain targeting have been included and dealt in this review.
Conclusion: Lipid based formulations can be designated as the current and future generation of drug delivery systems as these possess tremendous potential to bypass BBB and reach the target site due to their small size and ability to dodge the reticular endothelial system. However, these nanostructures need to be investigated intensively to successfully reach the clinical trials stage.

yes, thank you for not only sending us the alt-news pieces but many additional ones that can be passed on to people who still seem clueless. I still hear, “But, if that was true why didn’t I hear it on the evening news?” So, I try not to excuse myself and leave and then I bombard them with information like this. And I am always very pleased with the quality of the comments which I encourage others to read. All that to say, you may be waking some people up and/or saving lives along the way. Great job!
