Land of the free. Why did a judge have to order the release of this footage? Do you think four years in prison for the “officer” fits the crime?

No, four years is not nealy enough. In addition he violated his training and should be held personally liable for his actions.

This is nothing new. The state put in place a judicial system that is part of each towns economic funding source.
That policeman only got four years because his was caught.
Notice how they are trained to move the victim out of the view of the dashcam?
First they practiced on the minorities. Now they are armed to the teeth and have perfected the art of legally hurting people both physically and financially.
That stop began with that law enforcement officer meeting his production quota.
