Hillary Clinton is publicly taking responsibility for the tragedy in Benghazi. This was an expected development in order to provide Obama cover during the final weeks prior to the election. What is missing? If the state department never told the president (or vice-president) that a protest and YouTube movie were the cause of the attack, who did? Why did the administration continue to deceive both the American public and the United Nations for an entire month concerning the events? Why did Obama go to bed without knowing the fate of the ambassador?
What is missing? The answers to obvious questions to another Obama foreign policy failure, the subsequent cover-up and who we are supposedly fighting in the “fog of war” in Libya. Obama declared the war on terror to be over. Valerie Jarrett’s right to protect war in Libya only succeeded in delivering the country into the hands of Al Qaeda. The weapons captured in the “liberation” of Libya are now aimed at Israel. The president once again fails to take responsibility for his administration and its policies. And once again, the president must assign blame to anyone other than himself.
This one issue may be the October surprise and cost him the election. Instead of assigning blame, let’s look for the truth. America has a decision to to make: will we be pushed “forward” by incompetence and lies or will we regain our dignity, stand up and become a moral nation once again.

Clinton: I’m responsible for diplomats’ security
“I take responsibility,” Clinton said during a visit to Peru. “I’m in charge of the State Department’s 60,000-plus people all over the world, 275 posts. The president and the vice president wouldn’t be knowledgeable about specific decisions that are made by security professionals. They’re the ones who weigh all of the threats and the risks and the needs and make a considered decision.”
