The FBI is covering up the Biden bribery scheme. Then they say that they cannot “guarantee the safety” of the whistleblower if his identity is made public. Is that a threat? It sounds like a threat. It sounds like the FBI is telling congress that they will knock off the whistleblower unless congress backs off. That’s what is sounds like to me.
