A few corrections- the U.S. is not a democracy, never has been! We are a representative republic. There is no-we the people- component in a democracy. The U.S. does not operate under the communist -rule of law- never did! We operate under the Rule of CONSTITUTIONAL Law, the exact opposite of rule of law. There is no -we the people- component in a rule of law establishment. Example, and test,- Afghanistan! A certified (U.S., U.N.) correctly functioning, rule of law democracy. And we ain’t Afghanistan…yet!
