At 2:30 a CNN goof describes that network as part of the “Political Information Network”. That’s a new one for me. They are an arm of the Democrat Nazi Propaganda Party. And the Trump admin needs to take a hard look at these organizations.
I’m not a lawyer, but I do Believe that the FCC requires some Community Benefit in order to extend a License ( a license makes it legal to do what Would be Illegal, without the license) for them to broadcast. If it can be shown that they acted in bad faith and broadcast what they knew to be false And it caused discord in society, they might lose their license.
The sad truth is, they Can lie,knowingly, under First Amendment.
