When the law givers ignore the law, is there any obligation to obey the law-givers?
This question arises in the wake of the Biden regime – the right word, as it conveys the fundamental essence of the thing, as in capo regime . . . as in gang of thugs – announcing it doesn’t give a tinker’s damn for the recent federal court stay of its order to private employers of 100 or more to require all employees submit to the Jab – else be Jabbed, themselves, with extortionate fines applied by OSHA.
Which lacks lawful jurisdiction to decree such a thing.
Never mind, moreover, that the capo regime hasn’t bothered to shepherd legislation through the “democratic process” – leg-humped when convenient – but rather simply ordered the mass Jabbing.
And the mass fining.
This being of a piece with the orders of the Don, duly enforced by the capos.
Hence, regime.
Well, the Fifth Circuit of Appeals – which is a court and a federal one, at that – with legal/constitutional authority to bind the power of the federal government – issued a stay.
Which means that the Jabs cannot lawfully be required – or the fines applied – until after due process of law has elaborated.
Full stop. For now, at least.
This is the way it once worked when this country was governed by laws.
Some – okay, many – of these laws were not good laws. But they were at least laws – the “at least” being a reference to the fact of some degree of process and accountability rather than the simple – do as you are told, because we tell you to do it – governed the law.
And bound the law-givers.

In war college training our commanders emphasized Revolution starts when the masses go hungry. Considering the food shortages we see today Id say we have until late December to early February to see the fomenting of revolution. With no Rule-of-law chaos will ensue…God Help Us all! I would normally agree but what about the “Great Depression”? Why didn’t people go crazy then? And now that kids will start dropping to the “vaccine”, won’t that get people in an uproar? Nope. Branch Covidians will still go along with “the plan”. Hell, some of their kids die or have crippling reactions to the “vaccine” and they STILL promote getting it and get it for their other kids.
At this point I have NO IDEA what will wake up the patriots left in this country.
In the Great Depression, 98% of the people were in agriculture. Today it is around 1%. Actually, that is a scary thought.

I have an idea that it will come in the near future, The prompt to wake everyone up. It will come in the form of continuing food shortages, then limits placed on who and hw much you are allowed, then outright portions of populations outright forbidden to obtain food in any form.
The most dangerous person on the planet is the hungry person. More dangerous than that is a momma bear with cubs. The ultimate danger is someone, momma bear or papa bear, with cubs and absolutely nothing left to lose.
The only reason TPTB have been able to control people thus far, by whatever means, is because we let them. We are afraid of fear!
I have no idea what might happen to force the action that could come with the hoards waking up… I do know that yes, we are afraid of fear, and THAT is the tool being used against us. Primarily fear of death. Fear of lack. Fear of not “belonging.” Fear of starvation, etc. Fear of our children being abused. These are very real. And so many, many as a result of their fear of these things will fall into exactly what they fear. CLARITY re each situation is our greatest tool. Only clarity can result in appropriate action. The fear of death is best overcome, though. If one sees the truth re death, there is no real fear of it. Maybe bittersweetness, which it is, but not paralyzing fear. Know who you are, and fear of death dissolves into an awareness of the bittersweetness of it. Again, people perish for lack of knowledge and the Truth therein. Jesus/Yeshua brought Truth, and the Truth is what saves. Use that as you will; ponder. THEN, you/we win. When we can lose fear of “their” shenanigans, “they” will be ineffective. Life does not end here when the body dies. Just see it. Picture walking up to gill bates, sourman, frownchi or any of the others and laughing in their faces…better yet, laughing and shoving a really sour lemon pie (sorry to the lemons) in their faces, too. And ask, how does it get better than this? Sorry, I rambled…
I agree but for now being waged by the criminal government without retaliation by us. Once they started going after the children with the kill shot I thought that would be the turning point to kill them all but maybe starvation will kick it off. These evil ghouls are not going to stop until we are on our knees or dead.

Rules/laws still apply to the patriots. If you speak up and a school meeting you can get arrested or they might just call the FBI to report a domestic terrorist. On November 1st, the Rabbinical Court officially decreed that the mRNA COVID shot is “absolutely forbidden” for children, adolescents, young men & women.

In regard to promoting or influencing anyone from straying from this decree.
