Many people on the other side are telling us that it is time to come together. Even though Harris lost, we must consider their needs. I do not want to address this now: I want to address the minimum issues that need to be investigated and prosecuted in order to restore the rule of law in our Republic.
- Slavery. The term human trafficking does not change the fact that slavery exists in our country. The Obama and Biden administrations turned a blind eye to child sex trafficking but Donald Trump did not. While he was President, he addressed this issue and made an impact. Biden cancelled Trump’s orders and human trafficking started up in his first week as President. No one on the other side wants to address the 320,000 missing immigrant children who are now slaves or dead. The people responsible for this heinous act against God need to be held accountable.
- Lawfare. The DOJ, FBI and CIA need to be investigated for the lawfare perpetuated against Donald Trump since his initial victory in 2016. Illegal surveillance, propaganda, unfounded impeachments and treason by the military against their commander-in-chief top the list. The 51 intelligence officers who knowingly signed a false document concerning the Hunter laptop should lose their security clearances and be charged with election interference.
- Ukraine. This “war” was nothing more than a money laundering scheme by the Biden administration, Congress and the military. The new DOJ needs to investigate and prosecute everyone involved regardless of their position in the government.
- Hurricane Helene. The death toll in WNC from Hurricane Helene is in the thousands. FEMA abandoned these people and told us that they had no money. They spent their budget on DEI and illegal alien resettlements and benefits. Money that could have helped was diverted to Ukraine.
- Border Security. While this ties in with the first item, the number of illegal aliens who crossed our borders or were flown into the country has contributed to inflation, housing shortages, educational collapse, medical care reductions and the national economic debt. Both parties are complicit in this scheme to destroy our labor force, bankrupt the country and voter fraud.
I know there are others and the above list may not be the same for everyone. I want everyone to ask themselves what it would take to restore your faith in the rule of law in our Republic?

I’m not sure what it will take to “restore trust” at this point. It’s been totally decimated. Law enforcement overlooks true crimes while imprisoning peaceful protestors, people praying and talking to people outside abortion clinics, someone posting a meme about the 2016 election, etc… That will be more easily answered once we start to see people being held accountable for what they’ve done so far….

Additionally, immediate cessation of chem trails and other weather modification techniques. Impoundment, and potentially destruction, of all airplanes used for chemtrails. Strip any pilots of their licenses and if military, face tribunal.
Capture of all direct energy weapons and identification of all civilian and military personnel involved in the destruction of Paradise Ca, Lahaina Maui and any other attack and try for crimes against humanity.
Identification of all judges and prosecutors responsible for letting murderers out of jail, who went on to murder again. Charge them with accessory to murder.
Additionally, any people punished for any of the crimes mentioned, should have their assets acquired as a consequence of the crimes, should be confiscated and put into a pool for distribution as retribution to the victims.

Offhand I haven’t seen anything proposed on how he will deal with the J6 protest victims of the DOJ lawfare (who at the DOJ will be prosecuted by the DOJ?) and regulation/retribution for all the contributing actors at NGOs who never pay for the consequences of their actions.
The only thing that will restore my faith in the justice system is that every last one of these criminals gets arrested. And after arrest a speedy trial and if warranted, hung from the neck until dead, PERIOD.

Sir, it will take several things: 1) The pardon and immediate release of all of the 01/06/2020 protestors, along with civil rights indictments of EVERYONE involved in their incarceration. Liz Cheney, first. 2) The indictment for murder or manslaughter against the Capitol cop who killed Asheli Babbit. 3) A full pardon for Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, Steven Bannon, and the other victims of lawfare by the DOJ. 4) Immediately cut off ALL of the FEDGOV freebies to all of the wetbacks, border invaders and “military-age males” The Biden let into our country. 5) Quintuple the Standard Deduction on our income taxes. 6) Abolish the ATF and return control of firearms to the states (see the 10th Amendment). 7) Disarm all enforcement agents of the USDA, Department of Interior, Energy, HHS, etc. 8) Indict and arrest Clapper, Brennan, Mayorkas, Garland, Milley, et. al. for treason. 9) Expose the whole Ukrainian scam and identify the actors: Newland, Vindeman, Pelosi, the Biden Crime Family, and the ROMNEY crime family.

That would require me to observe that people have learned and care deeply about the difference between Law and Legislation.

Investigate 2020 and prosecute them all. Then even though the states run their own elections, there needs to be strict standards for security and accuracy otherwise there must be consequences up to and including the loss of a states electoral votes

The people that own the airlines that transported illegals and their board of directors must go to jail. If it was a foreign company, no landing in the US for 20 years. Anyone that worked for the NGOs that facilitated this invasion, jailed, stripped of their citizenship after they serve their sentence, and deported. Anyone trafficking children, mandatory death penalty. Human trafficking of adults, mandatory life sentence. Zero rights for any illegal alien found in the US. If you sneak back in, mandatory death penalty. Term limits for Congress. Repeal the Federal Reserve Act, the 16th Amendment, and abolish the IRS. That would be a good start.
Restoring faith in the “rule of law”? I don’t see that in the cards. Not for a least a couple generations. We’re going to have to die, we’re not going to forget.
Eventually perhaps… it would require public executions at a minimum.
I don’t hope for that, so the best I can hope for is that faith in the “rule of law”, is not restored, at least not within my lifetime.
