They shoot. We talk. If these news people wanted to be effective in the war they would give us the names of the Congress people who made noise during the requested moment of silence, identify their spouses by name, identify where their spouses worked, name their children, their ages and where they go to school. Tell us whether or not they have parents and where they live. Tell us whether or not they have siblings and where they live. In order to fight a war You have to be willing to engage the enemy. But just getting on the television and whining and crying about the loss of a really decent guy does absolutely nothing.
And I will add this. I am not in this war. I am one man who has raised his family educated his children and they are well armed and cognizant of what is going on in the world. I have no political aspirations. There is absolutely nothing I can do to change anything. I’m not famous, I have no audience. I am just one guy willing to defend himself and his wife to the bitter end. But there are a lot of people who have positions where they could be effective
they do absolutely nothing. That is the way of the world. Sad but true
And I defended my wife against terrorist threats made by my batshyte crazy neighbor towards her and guess who went to jail? Wasn’t him, but me. This in a law and order town. Not only that but he got away with pointing a gun in my face as a felony in my state – no legal justification. Local PD know but wont do anything because I don’t have video proof. Sh*t, a week after my night in a cell the local PD are called to his house with guns drawn yelling at his kids to hide behind their squad car. Nothing, nyet, nada, bupkess. My word as an upstanding citizen against a known maniac. Yet, I have to hire an attorney and bear the cost of my defense. Oh you say, it was adjudicated, case dismissed in less than 3 weeks, lawyer moving to have the “incident ” expunged from my permanent record. Yet, he is still there with no consequences for his actions. I cant convey in words my frustration much less my anger.
Meh. I’ll believe the Saxon has been awakened when we see DC and statehouses nationwide subject to the same kind of action we saw from Nepal yesterday. Until then, talk is cheap. Ooooh, he said the F word on love TV. How edgy. Yeah, that outta do it.
True words. Everything else is a “yawn” until we get a Reichstag conflagration.
They kill one of us on the Right. But we respond with great force:
