As I listened to a radio pundit this morning declare that our churches have failed us, I have known this to be true for quite a period of time. This does not mean that the Lord has failed us. Any more than the people failed because the government failed us.
People want to be free and to be left alone. Especially when it comes to government run by a political elite class. This country will not recover for multiple reasons and our collapse will be epic. The prescient quote above from Thomas Jefferson is true. The government understands this and that is the reason any government wants to disarm their people. The 2nd amendment was specifically written to allow the people the right to bear arms against a tyrannical government. It is our natural law right and our duty if we have Sacred honor.
This fight would be easier if we were a moral nation guided by our churches which were intended to be the fourth branch of government by our founding fathers. So if our churches are not producing moral people (and political leaders), Congress has relinquished power to the executive branch and the judicial branch writes laws dictated by the executive branch, our course of action is one of two paths:
- Resistance
- Slavery
The corollary to slavery is death. Usually by genocide since resistance must never be allowed to gain a foothold.
It really is that simple.
