It’s already well past time for the general uprising and we should be well on our way in this scenario;
That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying it’s Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. 
This has needed to happen years ago. I see the biggest problem with its implementation is that there are no, absolutely none, leaders worthy of leading the people of this country in this cause. Those available are just as corrupt, or corruptible, as the present crew of criminals inhabiting the halls of gommermint as well as the halls of justice.
I see very little, if any, anywhere with similar integrity, sense of responsibility and sound ethical and moral judgement as any single one of the founders had. Until that happens, and they step forward, we will fight loosing battles, approaching ever closer to the great sewer of oblivion on an ever increasingly steep slippery slope.
