The way those shots start, stop and slow down, it sounds as if this asshole is using a hand-cranked trigger actuator.

Focus on 4:57 point where you will see muzzle flashes which match the sound of rapid fire gun shots. The flashes are from Fourth Floor or nearby. One report said the lower windows on the hotel slid partly open so that is why there were no photos of knocked out windows.

There are two other videos showing this second shooter. I hope some mechanical and acoustic experts can take these videos, go to the Mandalay Hotel and match up where the videos were taken and prove them to be valid and not photo-shopped.
