It appears that a man guarding a car dealership was attacked for defending private property. The media reports “Two dead and one wounded as dramatic videos capture clashes between ‘self-styled militias guarding gas stations’ and BLM protesters after looting“.
My opinions:
- Defending private property during riots is not a crime.
- Self defense while being attacked is not a crime.
- When seconds matter, the police are minutes away.
- I see no BLM signs at this riot.

- Defending property and yourself does not make someone a “self-styled militia”.
- The rioter who was shot in the head was white. Kenosha police have not yet identified any of the shooting victims.
- Many people are speculating on what will happen next. No one believes it will get better as every aspect of our lives are being manipulated by our “leaders”.
Do not be deceived by the media: this is an orchestrated effort to maintain a government managed by a Deep State on several fronts. As some people found out last night, there is a price to pay for evil. God help our people and guide our paths with sacred honor as the civil war has started.

I am sure many will dispute this, but it is my understanding in NC it is illegal to shoot someone in defense of property. You will go to jail.
The NC castle doctrine allows you to shoot someone inside your house or who has put their hands inside of your car window.
Please read NC General Statute 14.51-2 and 14.51-3 use of deadly force. A citizen may use deadly force in defense of themselves or other when they are in a place they are legally allowed to be. Although we do have castle doctrine, and yes you can assume someone breaking into your home or car while you are inside is a threat and fire on them. You can also defend yourself in public and private property as long as the conditions listed in the statutes above are met.

Please re-read my statement. Let me say it another way. You cannot shoot someone who is destroying your property. I.E. you walk outside your home and someone is smashing your car with a bat. You shoot them and you will go to jail in NC. I fully understand the castle doctrine and you are correct in your statement about that. But I was not referring to the castle doctrine, I was simply refuting your statement about protecting PROPERTY during a riot. It’s actually a felony in NC to have a weapon ” in the vicinity of a riot”
You are correct. It also is illegal to have a firearm when attending a protest or passing through an area designated for a protest in NC. Please note that as far as I know, no one in Wisconsin that has been attending “peaceful protests” has been arrested for having firearms. Even felons.

10) If you are forced to defend yourself, turning yourself over to the cops could be a really bad idea.
They are not rioters, they are terrorists being paid to overthrow this country. And word just came down the shooter has already been arrested and been charged with 2 counts of murder. This is what we are up against. We are up against an enemy who is being funded to overthrow the U.S. and we are not allowed to fight back. Any kind of defense from us will be dealt with swiftly. How are we supposed to fight?
We have a duty to fight evil. Even if we know the enemy is more powerful, we have to fight. Our forefathers understood this and defeated the world’s superpower at the time. How did they do it? With a firm reliance on divine Providence, courage and morality.
I agree we have to fight. This goes without question. But we are facing a far more powerful and dangerous enemy than our founders did. Everyone seems to want to go it alone. That is a terrible strategy. Every time I try to interact or associate with like minded people or even ask where I can find more like minded people like me, everyone clams up. Why? We need to be planning like the other side is. We see well funded, well organized groups of people on the other side, and most of the time only a handful of people from our side fighting back. They are growing more organized and more bold by the day. We have to be able to counter when the time comes. We are not ready. Again I ask, how are we supposed to fight? I live in an area with a lot of like minded people, but I have come to the conclusion that if you haven’t known these people all your life, they don’t trust you. I am willing to do what I need to do to save this country from the evil trying to destroy it, but I can’t go it alone. I need a like minded group to work with.
