At this point, this is unverified information, not intelligence. We will not have to wait too long as the new Virginia legislation is sworn in on 1/20/20.
The Democrats have overplayed their hand in Washington, D.C. and their overreach is spreading across the country. They will use disinformation and propaganda to marginalize and misdirect their targets. Even if this information is not be true, the preparations outlined are still valid.

Captain John Parker – “Stand your ground, don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.”
Nope. I think that guy is trying to gin up clicks. No way the state gov could pull all that off. I call BS someone just made this up.
I have no means to verify the authenticity of this report other than time. As I said in the post, it is information, not intelligence.
Communications (cellular, landline, internet) are regulated and controlled by the FCC. The governor doesn’t have the power to shut down communications. He is extremely ignorant if he really said that and thinks he can pull that off. Even if he could, there would still be CB, Ham and walkie talkies.
Semper Fi
If you have the financial ability, spend the money on a digital scanner. All government comms is moving to digital and being phased away from the old analog systems. A good one will have the ability to pick up and decode virtually any frequency being used by government and civilians. Uniden makes a trunk tracker that is a handheld unit and can operate off of 3 AA batteries. Buy rechargeable batteries and a solar charger and you can run it indefinitely. If they do succeed in cutting off your comms, you can still hear them coming.
