A round peg cannot be forced into a square hole. The logistics of balkanization are complex, but the alternative is ever increasing strife, danger and incompatibility. Why? Six (6) sections should suffice. IMHO.

If we were a true Constitutional Republic, we would not be in this fix. Congress would still be responsible for coining money, the Executive Branch would not be weaponizing the unelected bureaucracy against us and the Judicial Branch would be administering laws, not making them up.
One could argue it all started with the Constitutional Convention, Kenneth Royce (HOLOGRAM OF LIBERTY) and others have made a very convincing case. One could lay the blame at the feet of Wilson, who was steering the ship onto the rocks with the Federal Reserve and the 16th and 17th Amendments. But at this point in our history, all arguments are moot. And most inhabitants of the United States of Idiocracy would not get it.
Since we are pretty far gone, I believe only a huge internal cataclysm will right the ship of state. Civil War II will have to commence soon, and it will be driven by economic collapse. There will be blood. Plan accordingly.

Let’s not forget old “honest” Abe. I suggest Thomas Dilorenzo’s “The Real Lincoln” Abe and Radical Republicans were proper twats. SPIT!!

Began with the mass immigration that started in the 1830s and 1840s. Lincoln accelerated the demise of the Republic. But all in all we would be better off if we still had the Articles of Confederation.

The problem is that any form of government that allows for true freedom must allow for those who hate freedom and seek tyranny over others free hand to work at subversion of freedom. We allowed the communists here in America free rein for decades. We are now suffering the consequences of that choice.

Double edged sword, aye? Freedom of religion works the same way. Everybody is welcome!! Well, except you, and you, and you’re pretty messed up, too…

Yes… it’s quite the conundrum isn’t it. Anything you do makes you a “Nazi”. Doing nothing basically hands the keys to the castle to the enemy.

A lot of it goes to open borders. We invited the communists in back in the 1840s.

Again, the only fix is for the nation to split between the loons in the blue states and the red states to rid themselves of the vile scum in those states. Border walls make for great peace and we will watch those communist blue states fully implode under there own weight of lazy ass plantation negroes and there golden brown illegal aliens from over 90 nations and nationalities, then we will march our troops in and finish them all off whoever is left.

I agree… If we could go back to a very limited form of federal government and states-rights being supreme, everything could work, but of course we all know that will never happen. But it would work! That’s how it was supposed to be setup, but, I’m preaching to the choir.
Maybe that should be a/our call-to-action? Get involved in states-rights politics in your local AO?

Absolutely, but, then again from what I am reading the blue states are conspiring behind the scenes in State legislatures and Governors offices to separate from the Red states so, they just might do the job for us. If so then we can block off all interstates main highways, main routes and secondary roads within all red states with the Military, the Guard and just regulator county police, and then we can clean up the blue cities in the red states and close them down entirely by denying them food, services, etc. and let them leave for the blue states where they all belong and will not stop them, we want the vermin out of our states and we will march them to the blue state lines with our boots in there rear ends.

One problem with splitting the country: The Blue States would welcome in the CCP and would become the staging grounds for the eventual invasion of the Red States.
How about this fix – go back to the voting regulations from when this country first started. Repeal the 19th Amendment (allowed women to vote), only land owners could vote, and the voting age was 21. However at 21 people were much more mature back then so maybe 25 would be better nowadays.
And do away with ‘qualified immunity’ where law enforcement, and judges, can get away with murder.

Add “civil asset forfeiture” to the list of anti-American policies created by our government.

Those restrictions on voting didn’t work too well. That’s why they were changed.
Some sort of voter education requirement might work. Those who think government should be the indulgent parent who doesn’t expect children to grow up, or don’t know that socialism invariably destroys economies, aren’t qualified to vote.

If you have not been living like a “Balkan” for the last several years you are way behind. I have been preaching living like a Confederate online and in person for years – local, local, local. Your state is your nation and your concern should be family, town (hopefully small, better yet rural) and county – in that order.

Our population has increased 85x since our founding, and the US House has grown 7.4x during the same period. If we are supposed to be “represented,” we sure as hell have LOST massive amounts of representation all while taxes, regulations, and government power have grown and freedom and liberty has fallen. Thanks to the Apportionment Act of 1910, the House can NEVER GROW, regardless of how much our population grows. A 70x+ increase in the size of the US House of Representatives or the complete dissolution of this country are the ONLY WAYS to restore adequate representation.
