Is this an unusal amount of Stock at this Location? Lots of Empty Cars in that Pic. Has this Lumber been Sold? Or is someone Holding it, hoping the Price will rise? This looks a lot like how every now and then, the Oil Trade winds up having so much Unsold Product that Loaded Tankers run in Circles off the Ports, waiting for a better Price.
