Trump Rally in Asheville

I have put off writing this article for several days. I will admit that I wanted to see Donald Trump in person because he is a historical figure. I doubt that another opportunity would become available to me in the future.

I also wanted to hear his outline for a new economic program that was to be released if he is elected. So I went to the link to register for tickets and was “limited” to two tickets. I was sent a confirmation that was to be used to enter the rally. The reality was this was a means to get my cell phone number in order to send me messages for the rest of the campaign. There was no check at the rally to see if I had registered.

My wife and I got up early and got in line at 10 AM. It was orderly as we stood in line for 4 hours. After clearing security to enter the facility, we were told to go to the line to the balcony since the floor was filled. We were then told to move to another line since there was some room on the floor. After several discussions between the volunteers responsible for seating, the three people in front of us were turned away. Since there were two of us, we were allowed to go to the floor. Once on the floor we were split up: my wife sat in front of me in the next row. At this point, I knew that we had been guided for some reason to these seats. When the first speaker came up, I understood why.

The above picture was of Donald Trump but no one in our area could see any of the speakers. I do not know how many people complained but by the time I went up front just before Mr. Trump was to come up, I was told that they were aware of the problem but could not move the spotlight. I asked if they could move the flag to the right and was told that the stage could not be altered in any way. Nothing like being made to feel completely impotent by our perceived masters. Does the picture above look like an empty suit as I was told by above?

I could hear Trump’s speech but could not watch him. I will admit that this was a rowdy crowd compared to other rallies in the past that I had attended. People were constantly shouting during the speech with encouraging remarks or that they loved Trump. The one comment shouted out by a woman asked him to “save us” put this into perspective for me. I am curious: how many people feel that Trump is the only means to save the country?

The speech lasted 75 minutes. If you take out the negative comments concerning Kamala Harris, Joe Biden and how badly the people are suffering, the speech would have been 10 minutes. Since we all are living and suffering under these circumstances, I do not need to be reminded of them; I want actual solutions to these problems (most of which have been caused by out of control federal spending).

One solution being promoted by Mr. Trump is no taxation on social security. Rep. Massie reintroduced legislation into the House concerning the removal of taxation on social security before Trump promoted this idea. I also suggest people look into this “issue” further to see who is impacted.

Mr. Trump did not reveal his economic proposal at this rally as we had been told. He did not mention Operation Warp Speed, prosecution of big pharma for the deadly gene therapy, prosecution of Dr. Fauci for his role in illegally funding the Wuhan facility, holding the Deep State accountable for overthrowing the Republic or anything tangible that I was hoping to hear. I do not want another president who will “rule” by executive order: he did not mention how he would get Congress to support him if elected. He did not say that he needed to have Congressional support and pass legislation for him to sign into law.

And most importantly, he did not address the looming economic collapse due to out of control spending. I understand the reasons to hold your cards close to your vest. I believe that being on the cusp of a worldwide economic collapse and a world war would give him some pause to give us some crumbs of comfort.

Obviously, Donald Trump is the best candidate for the country. I believe we all have to stand against evil: no one man can save us. We may have to learn that lesson the hard way. Do you think we have until January 20, 2025 to wait for his inauguration if he is elected?

Why I don’t attend things like that. The opposition knows everyone is unarmed and the host does not provide security outside the venue.
I stopped going to minor league baseball games for the same reason. They instituted TSA style security, where you can’t even have a pocket knife. But, you have to park in a bad part of town in a dark parking lot to get halfway close to the stadium.

I still do not believe we will have an election come this November.. Gut feeling with everything going on in the world, I just don’t see it happening.
But, Time will tell.

We will have Trump as President. But I don’t feel it will be a cakewalk.
Trump can’t save US, help to Make America Great Again will be GOD.
Trump needs to have another Live Interview the night Camelmele Harrison is to speak, IF she is allow to get that far!
Trump also needs to stop name calling and stay on point on what He Will Do vs What Harrison Claims She Will Do.

In the past 4+ years, they have made a Martyr and a Messiah figure out of Trump.

Y’all can take that as you will.

I doubt George Washington himself cloned would pass your muster, sir.

Unless you have a suggestion for a better candidate for this oncoming shitshow, what is your point, sir?

The Point is. we should be very aware of our surroundings and how people are being steered, and how people are reacting.

Ok, but since you’ve taken it upon yourself to answer for Elder Son.

Aside from the ever-popular TINVOOT don’t bother voting crowd.

What suggestion would you make for our election?

Even King David wasn’t perfect, see Bathsheba for details but God selected him and the 2nd Son of Bathshedba was Soloman.

Proving God can make pretty good decisions I think.

Yes, i agree understanding that voting only takes one so far.
i believe we that believe in the Word of the Bible understand and accept Romans 13:1
we alone have limits to everything we do. The power is from above.
Also consider Acts 17:25 “And he is not served by the hands of men, and he has no need of anything, because he gives every person life and a soul.” … He doesn’t need help from anyone.
None of us should think of ourselves nor our ideas as ultimate answers to this mess we are finding ourselves in. His Name is set-apart as He also calls His followers to become set-apart from the world.

Very nice Follower.

How about answering the question I asked Elder Son, and you chose to respond in his stead?

Aside from the ever-popular TINVOOT don’t bother voting crowd.

What suggestion would you make for our election?

I used to keep a sign on my desk when I ran a major Army Hospital OR.

Problems welcome, bring a solution also.

As many know on this site, I am quite active in local politics as defending my grandkids from Drag Queen story hours and such.

Local town officials and librarians learned I can get them out of their jobs. That cleaned out some nasty books from our kids.

The Presidental level I look at forcing them to cheat harder and folks here know my thoughts about Democrats using Trump like they did Hoover to eat the messiness of the Great Depression.

Real trouble is coming. I frankly think Isaiah chapter 3 is the daily news for America. But like the Book of Job not very popular with salad bar christians.

Vote your conscience, or do not vote at all. Do not let the world distract you or nudge you for its sake!
Michael, any reason you feel the need to always act as the attack dog? Some people are willing to discuss things without the attitude, if given a chance.

Misdirection isn’t an answer to WHO you SUGGEST for President.

At least Elder Son in his nihilistic manner said something that sounded like a name-answer.

And you still haven’t answered my question.

I’ve a granddaughter who’s better at this game you’re playing.

Pretend to be an adult and answer the question of “Who DO you think would be a better selection for President”.

Now that’s “an attack” here’s a hanky.

Meh. You gave your opinion of a guess to what would pass my muster.

Donaldus Trumpus is no George Washington… how does that work out?

BTW, did you know there are over another 1,000 candidates for the presidency? Bet you didn’t know. But hey, at least we have the DNC and RNC and… the MSM to choose our “candidates” for us.

Anyhow…

Thanks for a reply that actually answered the question.

There is no good choices for the “Selection”.

That’s why I focus on local elections. They are my neighbors and affect my grandchildren.

Trump just recently in a Texas rally said he supports the kill shot, for such a bright star that he is, tells you everything about him, yes portraying himself the lesser evil.

No matter who wins, our country is in for major turmoil. It will be a $h1tshow either way. Predicting specific outcomes is too unsettling to list. Pray.

Winner winner chicken dinner!
No matter the results of the election, nor the path taken to get there, will be accepted by the other side. Period. If cameltoe wins, Trumpers will call it stolen, if Trump wins, the left will go completely unhinged. Either way its non-stop shitshow until January, and possibly beyond.

Still thinking about voting? Still worrying about what is being proposed/opposed by either side? Read this and then tell me into which mental condition you continue to dwell.

Wide spread bloody violence is the ‘desire’ (of evil) regardless of either side winning. This seems to be the catalyst of getting done “what needs to be done.”
Figuring out where we need to be in this is key.
