Trump Will Ignore Lower Court Rulings until Supreme Court Issues Ruling on Activist Judges

UPDATE:

Your first hint should have been the Supreme Court ruling on activist judges. Has anyone seen this pending case in the Supreme Court? Congress needs to impeach these judges AND clarify the law regarding federal judge responsibilities and limitations.

Did you see what Biden with student loan forgiveness? Ignored the courts. And we know EXACTLY why these activist judges are making these decisions and it has NOTHING to do with trying to follow the law. Everyday is a hill to die on. Every. day. The precedent was already set, as the last libtard did the same thing. Pedo joey disregarded court rulings (his bogus student loan forgiveness plan for a notable case) and rest assured the next one -- if there is an next one -- will do the same or worse. At this point I’m going to say I don’t care as I still expect the whole rotten apparatus to come crashing down around us. Trump is not fixing that which most desperately needs fixing, and his window of opportunity to even attempt to do so will end as soon as midterm campaign season starts, if not even before that if his banked good will at the time he started his term disappears quickly.

For now, I’m content to have someone poking the left in the eye, since I know I can’t and won’t get the sort of strong man (ala Pinochet, if not even more extreme) that would actually be needed to bury the left. Unless Trump pulls an ace out of his sleeve and surprise the hell out of me beyond all comprehension, he won’t be that leader. The whole system is still poised to fail, so I see no reason to be overly concerned about a little pissing match like this one. We probably get a shutdown in a couple of days now, as the left will not play ball on the CR (which is what I expected from them anyway) so the end game may be here even faster then I expect.

I agree with Tim Bo and Big Rukus, but Joe makes a very valid point. This sort of thing DOES open the door. Like calling for a Constitutional Convention -- you SURE you wanna do that?
I think what we’re debating is a ‘crossing the rubicon’ moment.
There can be no half-measures anymore. The opinion I think I share with the other two is its time for full on Franco, or you’ll be next. This is where the Chinese get their ‘root and branch’ analogy from. Joe is spot on, that in 4 years you can’t imagine the shit they’ll try to pull, and the SC was useless against slow joe. So its either all in, or nothing. Just hope Cheeto jEsus gets that. His kids will spend the rest of their lives in jail if he fails at this point. I think he knows that, though, I really do.

So basically this was posted as a “gotcha”. Why put up this shite (and not make it clear that it’s satire right in the post) such that I need to click a link to find that out? That just makes it appear like a legit news story at first glance, since the line between satire and reality is nearly non-existent anymore, considering some of the stuff that does actually happen.

There’s nothing cute or funny about clickbait anymore, it’s a tired old trope. Either make full disclosure upfront, or stop posting this stuff altogether. This site has typically been a place for serious news and discussion, so I don’t come here with the expectation that I’ll be punked with a fake story that looks legit at first glance.

All the same, my previous remarks on precedent and my general lack of concern about a president blowing off lower court rulings that seek to impede constitutionally granted executive authority still stand. It may have short term benefits, and I don’t think there is a long term angle to this to even worry that much about. Where things are headed, we’ll be facing existential issues of survival, and won’t have time to concern ourselves with high minded notions like legal precedent.

Not a constitutional lawyer friend but I suspect prior to the current overreaching Federal Government the STATES Wanted CHECKS on the Federal Government.

Removing those checks is a lot like removing the brakes from my car so I can go faster.

The SAME Reasoning was used to give EVERY STATE no matter how small a population had votes in the electoral college. Otherwise, the one citizen one vote would have made NY the BOSS of rest of the newly formed Republic.

Not only should he not listen to them, If SCOTUS rules against him than the court is no longer following the rule of law set out in the constitution and Trump would need to dismantle the court system beginning with SCOTUS and begin using the marines to the jail all federal court judges who refuse to observe rule of law and constrained by the constitutional. I would want to see the lower court judges arrested put into the DC gulag system where they put innocent J6 citizens and let them rot there until their eyeballs fall out. These judges are criminally CONSPIRING with the blue states and the democratic leaders led by Obama/Biden. the deep state whores, etc., and the rest of the vermin to bring down America and destroy it.
