How many people would leave the still warm ballroom of the slightly listing Titanic to get into a small lifeboat in the frigid Atlantic?
Until the lights go out and the ship continue to list precipitously, then the Rug begins for the lifeboats.
Humans always React the same, Too Little, Too Late.
Pre-pare is over, You have what you have, maybe a few weeks at most for food, etc for sheltering in place.
Still most are whistling past the graveyard. Medical Emergency may not be the worst of it, Economically it could be a full Disaster.
