I would strongly advise you so-called pastors go back and read what God has to say. You call yourselves pastors, leaders of your flocks, but just where exactly are you leading them?
The pits of Hell and the parishioners sit in their pews like nothing is happening.
The man, who is truly of God, follows no man, but does what is Right.
And unto all others is Judgement, for the mercy of God is reserved for but two kinds -- the obedient, and the innocent.
The obedient, God shall forgive because though they are flawed, they at least did their best to live according to His commandments -- and in their failings have been contrite unto the depths of their hearts, asking His forgiveness and binding themselves anew to do that which is right, as many times as they shall fall from Grace.
This, not in keeping with our merits, but with His promise, which is Grace unto every generation and age, for those who shall receive it.
The innocent are only those whose hearts are His, never having turned away, and never having been willfull before His face -- not even in a single instance.
All else is already Judged and found wanting. And what a clammor shall be upon that day, when the veil shall be ripped open, and those who have condemned themselves shall see plainly what has been prepared for them -- everlasting torment which is without hope, and without even a glimpse of His mercy, which in this world we enjoy without measure.
WE HAVE BEEN WARNED
I was a pastor. I continued to study, not just Scripture, but the writings of the church fathers and history of the church; comparative religion and textual criticism. Suffice to say that what passes for Christianity in the 21st Century would be unrecognizable to the practitioners of Christianity in the 1st Century. The real problems began in the 3rd Century with Constantine. Unfortunately, the herd remains the herd and will not listen. No one wants to know the truth because it causes discomfort and requires a change that pulls one outside the herd. So I no longer pastor, nor do I attend church. It only took three Centuries to destroy the Church. The last 18 have only exacerbated the depravity. What we are seeing now are merely the final touches. The Matrix is quite real, believe it or not …
