What can my dad take besides, Zinc, Vit C and usual multivitamin?

I suggest you check out Colostrum—Bovine/cow which is almost identical to human colostrum. It is loaded with immune—not to mention it has natural growth hormones. A woman giving birth has a fluid that flows from breast for about 7 days give or take and is why breast feeding especially for those days is so important. This is where the baby gets it’s immune system from and notice how quickly a baby grows—-growth hormones !!! Want to put muscle on—take it and lift a little and you will be amazed !!!
