Sickening, isn’t it? How very much we have surrendered our privacy and autonomy, and chosen to become chattel of the state; that submission to such inquiries has become so routine, that it produces a near-reflexive affirmative response; utterly absent any challenge to the authority or validity of the examiner, or of the inquiry itself.

I mourn for our society, for it has truly passed…
