“We” were in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, etc so the CIA had plenty of heroin to keep Air America and the global distribution network fully supplied. “We” were all over Central America so the CIA had plenty of cocaine and later crack for their destruction of the inner cities, and “we” were in Afghanistan so the CIA could have their heroin.
