Signing over the rights and and actually getting the minerals are two entirely different things. And if Russia actually succeeds in their quest to retake Ukraine they sure as hell aren’t going to give us any of it. This, like a lot of political stunts is likely just that…a political stunt.

FYI–the regions annexed by Russia (the good guys) account for 90% of Ukraine’s GDP. They ain’t giving it back… and that where these minerals largely are.

Russia was never going to try to take Ukraine. Zelensky is a crook who was ripping off the US and laundering money for Biden and the deep state including republicans. They all got a cut. Have Doge dig into it

Rumor is there aren’t any rare earth minerals in Ukraine, that Zelensky was just saying that to get the West interested in making sure Russia didn’t take any of his territory.

How can an unelected dictator’s signature have any value and be legally binding? The people of Ukraine had elected their president years ago, but with the help of the CIA, the neo-nazis overthrew him and set up Zelensky as their puppet. Maybe Trump’s plan for financial compensation for all the equipment and ammunition and money stolen from American taxpayers will come to pass, but Zelensky should be dethroned, removed from the country, and the Ukrainians allowed to hold elections for their own self-determination first. However, the neo-nazi faction (now fully armed within the Ukrainian military) won’t allow it.
