Watched it twice. Don’t speak the language but I notice a few things:

Area looks clean, not a slum but a decent area in a Spanish town.
Lady didn’t cry out for help.
African didn’t strike her but took her arm and ended up with her sweater it looks like as she wasn’t in a bra afterwards.
Lovers quarrel perhaps?

REALISTICALLY what would YOU DO as This happens daily in every American city and I expect several times a week in your town in “Nice areas”.

Slums a LOT more often and far less gentle. I’d not think poorly of anybody here not getting involved in a slum squabble, a GREAT way to find yourself outnumbered and killed.

What would the REAL HE MEN here on NC Renegade DO if that happened near them? IT does happen daily in America so you cannot say “It’s never happened around ME”.

I know unless I knew her personally, I’d stay out of the way and dial my local Sheriffs number.

Does that make me a “weak man” for not getting involved?

If so, what’s the Real Men doing about this lately?

Going only by this video, I’d have to say this wasn’t a “crime” per se, probably two “friends” having a dispute about something, looks like he was trying to get car keys out of her hand?
If he had struck her then of course that would have elevated it to a new level.
Maybe those men sitting there knew them and that’s why they didn’t get involved.
