The Power Levels used in Microwave Weapons are Millions of Times greater than the Milliwatt Communications Eqquipment. I have serious doubts about claims that “5G” frequencies are any more Dangerous than all the rest of the Electromagnetic ‘Noise’ that one is Immersed in, in Urban Areas.
ADS is like a Microwave Oven -- it uses a Frequency that Heats Water Molecules- and there’s something called the “Inverse-Square Law” in Radio Physics that makes effective, long-range use of “Energy Weapons” problematic without very carefully Engineered Directional Antenna Systems.
As for “Metallic Particles” in the Bloodstream increasing the hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation, it may be Possible, given High Enough Electromagnetic Fields. Remember, Red Blood Cells have a lot of Iron in them to start with- that is why Dried Blood turns Brown -- it’s Rusted.
In my Experience as a Jet Mechanic, various “Radar” Systems posed Deadly Hazards if one was caught “in the Beam” even at fairly long Distances. Target-Tracking Radar was Extremely Dangerous, Testing and Calibration was mostly done with the Units in Shielded Test Cells, and Outdoor Work was conducted Waaaay out on the end of the Airport, and the Antenna Elevated and Locked so it didn’t Move.
Even “Weather Radar” can be Hazardous if you were Close to the Antenna.
