When Will We Know If We Are in a Depression?

There really is no clearly defined economic measurement of a depression. Recessions are clearly defined using quarterly consecutive quarters (but the data is overtly manipulated in our global economy using quantitative easing and other sleight of hand accounting tricks). It appears that depressions are measured in both economic and mental conditions. The picture below shows the stark reality of our global economy. The shipping industry has collapsed which is always a precursor to an economic collapse. The mental condition in our country can be measured by the percentage of the population taking anti-depressants.

World governments can only print fiat currency for a limited time frame before the collapse occurs. Let’s see how the pResident addresses this issue with a hashtag.
