The ‘line in the sand’ for those who are aware of their Natural Rights is when open Weapons Confiscation starts, meaning extensive, continuing Armed Raids against numerous individuals, as opposed to ‘Targeted’ persons one at a Time.
(Note, I mean this in the context of Fighting BEFORE the (p)Orcs come to YOUR door)

For the rest of the sheeple, it comes once they get Hungry, and the Stores are empty.
