As the work-from-home trend took off during the COVID-19 pandemic, the term “quiet quitting” entered the contemporary lexicon.
Simply put, having perceived their jobs to not have value and meaning, they do no more than absolutely necessary.
There is debate among scholars as to the extent of the quiet quitting phenomenon, but there is increasing evidence that white Americans are increasingly quiet quitting America’s leading institutions. And the possible implications of that for American society are profound.
This phenomenon is a consequence of the trends I write about in my forthcoming book, The Unprotected Class, about the rise of anti-white racism in American culture and how both formal and informal anti-white discrimination have become a factor in almost every area of American public life.

Do you blame hard working American families for Apathy when they’re struggling to make an average of $70-75,000 annually and our own government is funding non-working illegal armies annual average of $84,000 plus housing, medical, education etc. Here in Ohio non union Tier Auto companies gave token 2-3% raises last year. Factories around me actually recruit thousands from Texas(mostly Mexicans) to fill jobs at $12-15 per hour. Whitey is being replaced…the goal of the Mother-Weffers. Within the last few weeks, a good friend of mine was offered a job and given a week to accept the position. On the day before he was to respond, they called and said they needed to “widen the applicant pool” and had reposted the position. Within one day, they called and said the position had been filled by a new applicant. He asked, “Was this because of diversity?” They answered yes.
Do I even have to mention that my friend is white? I told him that we are reaching pre-genocide levels of “othering” of whites. Surprisingly, for a “normiecon” he replied that he agreed with this assessment. For a person like him steeped in the evangelical thought world of diversity as a divine mandate, he surprised me. Perhaps the Saxon will yet begin to hate? Hold onto your hats. This ride is going to get bumpy.
The Bloomberg did a article in September/2023 and @EndWokeness(posted Jan. 15) on X shows a nice chart about Corporate America pledged to hire more people of color. It actually did.
From February 2020….Only 6% were White showing a decline of -904K and 94% of Color. Of which 2-milliion were Hispanic, 768K Black, 882K Asian and All Workers 2million.
Retiring in 2019 as HR Manager from a top Fortune 500 company, one of the reason I took a early retirement was being told to hire outside of the company guidelines that I had used for years. But to look good to the public,, Wall Street and ahead of the ‘Woke’ side that was what now was important.
I seen a trend months before I left of veterans workers of 20-35 years getting out due to the new way of running the business. Talk about underlining favoritism you have no idea or wouldn’t want to know.
Diversity (read affirmative action) hiring will simply dumb down all it touches. We learned that from AA and it’s just more of the same. DEI encourages incompetence.
