If Trump actually has the Power invested in him as the legally elected Head of the Executive Branch of the FedGov, he needs to exercise his powers, arrest any who can be shown to have made such threats, hold them in GITMO for Trial, then have the stones to either imprison them or (as with Traitor John Brennan) execute them forthwith.
Any lesser response is just another fk-ton of D.C. BLATHER.
Were Putin’s ministers to have been caught saying such things against Putin’s authority, they’d be rotting in Lefortovo Prison the same day, awaiting that sudden explosion of light as a bullet shatters their brainstems.
