I did some checking and the courses are free. If you pay $49 and pass the exams, you will receive a certificate.
I wrote back in 2020 about online universities. Most courses teach the same material as that presented 50 or more years ago. Film the class at a “prestigious” university and allow people to take the class for a minimal cost. Of course that would not give universities obscene profits or the opportunity to indoctrinate you.
Just make sure that none of the courses come from the medical school at UCLA.
