Wood Cook Stove Report

We broke in the community center’s new Pioneer Princess wood cook stove yesterday.

Comments:

1. Very easy to start and maintain the fire.
2. Good temperature regulation of the stainless steel cook top and oven.
3. Food was great as outlined below.
4. No worries concerning heat in the future.
5. No worries concerning hot water in the future.

Food grading:

1. Eggs – A
2. Bacon – A
3. Sausages – A
4. Pancakes – A
5. Oven baked biscuits – A
6. Over baked cinnamon rolls – A
7. Chicken and rice – A+
8. Frozen pizza – B (self rising dough was good, lack of cheese topping from manufacturer brought the grade down)

Lessons learned:

I thank God for this extra time to prepare for the future.
