He mis speaks! Rule of law is what the communist democrat lawyers are trying foist on us. The U.S. does not now, nor has ever had RoL! Thank God! What we have is- Rule of Constitutional Law- the exact opposite of RoL. RoL is top down, majority rules,democracy. Total disfunctional BS. Conversely, the RULE of CONSTITUTIONAL LAW is bottom up, representative republic, of the people, by the people, for the people. Pay attention to deatil! Own the language! Use correct terminology!
