All radiation kills. All radiation causes cancer. It is a matter of how much you are exposed, etc. I cry when I see women being convinced to have a mammogram (x-ray). After a few of those, they will just happen find cancer and say good thing the x ray caught it.

Alpha, even Beta can be washed off but Gamma goes right through you. Funny how the rad techs hide in a room and use lead shields? And you can’t see it. It occurred to me today with the unhealthy smoke particles from the Canadian fires that might be a dry( no pun intended) run for creating an “ Emergency “ to enforce remaining indoors again. See how the pop. reacts to 200ppm then have a radiation event on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in Nov.2024. These fires are being set.
