You Can’t Lead People Who Aren’t Hungry For The Fight!

I keep seeing a lot of talk about whining lately.

Whining: the making of a long, high-pitched cry or sound. the action of complaining in a feeble or petulant way.

I’ve been accused of it before myself.

I don’t write as much as I used to, due to that fact.

People just aren’t hungry for the fight. There isn’t enough pain and discomfort in people’s lives for them to get off that porch and make the world a better place for their children or grandchildren. People also have a hard time with the truth!

You can’t lead people who aren’t hungry for the fight!

People need to be internally motivated and dedicated to the cause for a leader to truly guide them effectively. If individuals lack a genuine desire to participate or exert effort towards a shared goal, they are unlikely to fully engage, contributing to a lack of productivity and failure. It seems there are not many that are truly dedicated to the restoration of our Republic or making our country a place where Liberty reigns supreme for our Children or Grandchildren.

I’ve been in several leadership roles. I’ve tried doing things properly within the system. It’s a brutal world. Sadly, most people are only out for their own self-interest.

Leaders should provide direction and resources, but genuine leadership inspires a collective drive to achieve the goals set. Without that internal spark or “hunger,” leading becomes less about empowerment and more about pushing, which can lead to resistance or disengagement. There aren’t many that have that hunger to rid our country of the evil we are faced with. Most have given up and are just waiting for the shit to hit the fan. For the most part everyone is still very comfortable. They have a roof over their heads and food on the table. They feel safe in their own homes. Their children appear to have a better life than others. So why rock the boat? My writings used to be about trying to ignite that spark. To bring a huge number of us together. But most people won’t gather because everyone is a “fed”.

I enjoy the life I have. I myself am very comfortable. But I am deeply troubled about the evil my children and grandchildren will be faced with if we continue to do nothing about it.

People say that I don’t have a clear set of defined goals?

I once wrote a New Declaration of Independence. Not clear enough?

Restoring our Republic and riding our Country of Evil is not a clearly defined goal? Does that not generate a sense of purpose within anyone?

I think our problem is that we are individuals. We believe in the freedom of the individual. We all have different ideas and we are all the smartest people in the room. We have no idea how to unite, because we are all still too comfortable. The pain has not arrived for the vast majority of us.

It doesn’t matter that a meal cost 15$ today that used to cost less than 5$ just a few short years ago? It doesn’t matter that it cost 60$ to fill up your tank now when it used to cost you 10$ 30 years ago? It doesn’t matter that a buggy full of groceries cost 400$ now when it used to cost you 100$ ten years ago? It doesn’t matter that your children can’t afford to buy a house, or buy a car, or have the same luxuries that you had in your younger days? It doesn’t matter that criminals walk free, while if the shoe was on the other foot you’d be rotting in a cell for life had it been you?

What does matter?

I personally feel like I’m here to do more than just try and make it to my death and live as long as possible.

I don’t want my Children and GrandChildren to have to fight this evil we are faced with. I’d prefer to fight it now. However, I am just one man.

I’ve always been willing to be first. The problem is, there isn’t anyone ready to be second.

I’m going to go ahead and cut this short.

I don’t believe people are whining. They are crying for help. They are crying for leadership. They are crying because they feel alone. They are crying because they are faced with an evil that the vast majority of people are oblivious to. They are crying because the world they knew is gone and lost. They are crying because they know what must be done in order for their children and grandchildren to have a future. Process those feelings, then Unite and Fight!

Wes

Nailed it. People still have normal going on. Comfort & fear is king.
But……..yes sir, its starting to get to where more are getting fed up with the lies that its better now bc a certain person/party is in power. They have all the positions they need but nothing changes except to continue down the road to corruption and ruin.
I personally don’t believe people will work together until everything is falling apart around them.

A very honest observation and assessment. I believe TPTB learned plenty of behavior triggers from the 20th century. Keep the masses just comfortable enough to avoid meaningful resistance. When true survival (food, clothing &shelter) is at stake; then perhaps.

“daddy, I’m hungry” as the family buries the child that just starved to death. Then perhaps.

I think some of what we are seeing now is complacency arising because the Moslemista-Communista cohort and ilk have been replaced by a regime that is cleaning out a few of the cobwebs of tyranny spun by WoeBamz “Turd” Term. The New Broom is unlike other previous new brooms because it largely avoided the Rhino contingent and had four years to study how to hit hard and fast when given the ball to run with….

This regime has released the pressure from the cooker that was building up toward an explosive level. Sheeple are now beginning to focus away from long standing evils in Dystopia Central (DC), and the impetus to band together to further clean house is dwindling.

It is hard to unite any group that has no long term fervent goals and who have no immediacy in their lives to change what they dislike.

Wes, you are spot on in saying folk will not act if they are well fed and have straws to clutch (hopes that others will do the cleaning even if that is the heavy hand of a Trumpeter).

Once upon a time, I posed the question to a military officer I’m close with- family actually. “You surely see what’s going on…why is the military so complacent and unwilling to lead? Surely, you all are the most capable to organize, most trained to manage…why do you all do nothing?”
His answer was pretty direct- “We aren’t hungry.” And he elaborated: “look at me, I got a nice home, a family with young children, nice cars, nice toys…a pretty good life. Who wants to give that up?”
Succinct, and clearly proving the .mil men aren’t any different than us- basically he said his service is really just a job, but I doubt he’d be so frank outside the trust we had of each other.
But, EVERYONE talks a good game. NOONE is going to make a move, let alone the first move. Who is gonna organize? Who is gonna recruit? Who is gonna accept losing an otherwise comfortable life and leave loved ones likely forever? I roll my eyes at all the “we need to do something” comments- they are hollow and ineffective, they mean nothing. Of course something should be done, but what? When? How?
First and foremost, we collectively just won’t turn our hearts and minds completely back to God Who is our deliverer and true source of justice (and we sure as heck don’t want His justice- if you know what that means). I say pray, read scripture, deliver the Gospel, be a soldier for Christ- that’s the best way I know to right a ship- regardless the size of the ship. That’s where I’ll be…working within my family first, and anyone who opens the door a crack that I may share the peace I have no matter what comes. YMMV.

We are not going to have start the fight, they can only use more and more violence. You can see it in the blue hives with their attacks on whites, they have become a racist mob of degenerates. The fuse has been lit and there is little we can do about until it kicks off. Food, water, shelter and protection is what I see to every day. I stay as fit as I can and armed at all times. No way out but through, TINVOWOOT, the article is spot on in my opinion.

Need to stop leaning on the shovel praying for the hole. Local, local, local. I live in a small but affluent southern town. I am considered unhinged by most because I speak of the issues we discuss on this website and others. I have lost “friends” but I have also changed minds. Slowly and one at a time. To rip off Nike, put faith in the Father and just do it.

There are four things that are generally required for humans to turn to violence.
1) perceived justification.
2) ability to carry it out
3) lack of alternatives
and 4) benefits outweigh the consequences.
It is the last one that is holding most folks back. For when it does kick off, I once posted a comment on another forum about how, at the local level, to bring down the govt. I’m not going to rehash it in detail here, but it even received a response from the blogger Aesop. Both he and the site owner agreed it would work, but it would also leave things in total chaos. Basically, use the system against itself. Start with 911 calls and when the responders show up, attack and turn it into a glorified cluster. Have other teams disrupt their communication; something a monkey with a $5 Baofeng could do. One team starts targeting infrastructure, another targets edifices like courts, police stations, and govt buildings while yet another targets the politicians and bureaucrats. Overload and overwhelm.
Only a willing populace can be policed. It doesn’t take many who are willing to make it unable to be policed or governed by “law”. They just really have to be willing because their hands will be bloody.

The problem, as I see it in a nutshell, is that NOTHING is important to us anymore.
We don’t LOVE (meaning willing to die for) anything, so we just accept everything.
But but but, I love my family. Do you?
I love my God. Do you?
I love my Country. Do you?
Just how do you show that love in your actions. Words mean absolutely nothing without actions.
I mean this as a whole Country, not individuals.
We have no foundation. Nothing we stand for as a whole or even just a majority. We have allowed EVERYTHING we used to stand for to be destroyed to the point now that there is absolutely nothing we stand for.
Until this changes, nothing else will.
Yes, I do ask these questions of myself also. The honest answers to yourself might be hard to accept but necessary. Change begins with the individual.

The fight is coming. Perhaps people mistake whining for anx about the coming fight. The waiting is what annoys us for the time when we will be forced into the evils of men during a fight. We live the trials and tribulations of daily life so no one should goad us into taking up the sword prematurely. Many of us on here can anticipate possible futures so we prepare and sound the alarms, even if few hear they all listen.

Like Mel Gibson’s attitude in the movie The Patriot he didn’t want to fight because he knew what war meant. It wasn’t until his son was murdered in front of him that forced him ALL IN the fight. Like another movie scene from the Unforgiven when Clint Eastwood wasn’t ALL IN until his friend was killed by the sheriff and his body was put on display in front of Greelys. The fight is coming and the resolve needed to see it through requires the motivation of pain and sacrifice. That’s when our ALL IN moment will come. Personally, I pray everyday God will intervene.

People are moving that direction, just glacially.

They keep throwing us bones… subpoenas, evidence, even “confessions”… but Charlie never “connects” with Lucy’s football, instead “Q” keeps saying “we’ve got this”, “trust the plan”, so don’t go acting on your own off reservation.

This has been going on for so long, most of us have had time to build some defenses, so we don’t have to act out of desperation…. and we don’t.

Even so, the future is certain to present existentially, and not *everyone* has had the means (time/money) to build defenses. We *know* what’s coming, but none of us knows the day or the hour, and timing is everything at this point. It would seem to have become a war of attrition… and the stress will kill you, if you can’t embrace “the time we are given”.
