a small fact that is not being reported….
there are 225 billion trees in the U.S.A…..each tree absorbs an average of 50 pounds of CO2 per year…. for a total of 5.4 million tons.
the U.S.A. emits 5 million tons of Co2 per year.
we are carbon neutral NOW.
and that counts only the mature trees, none of the grasslands, crop lands, or lawns, all of which absorb CO2.
