There appears to be some confusion as to my term “your pResident”. First, Mr. Obama is more of a resident of the White House than a president. pResident signifies his disregard for the position to which he was elected.
The “your” means that I do not consider him to be my president. If you believe that the office of the presidency is still intact, then Obama is “your pResident”. If you voted for or support him, then Obama is “your pResident”. If you believe in this country and its founding principles, then you have to understand that the government is not the country. Congress, the office of the president and the Supreme Court represent the citizens of sovereign states according to our Constitution. The Constitution is a legal contract between a limited government and the people who created it. This contract has been broken.
If a contract is broken, the other party no longer has any claim or authority over the other party or parties involved in the contract. Some people would attack this as a support for anarchy. Those people do not understand the foundation of our country. If we were a perfect people (instead of being flawed with sin), there would be no reason to have a government. Our founding fathers recognized this and instituted a very limited federal government. They knew that the more power the “government” has, the more control it would exert until the people were enslaved and living in fear. This “creature” made by the people has now taken control over us.
For those who understand the concept of tyranny and are willing to fight for Liberty, then it is obvious that Obama is not your president, leader or commander-in-chief. Our forefathers told us what to do to fight tyranny. Those who believe the government which has enslaved us will set us free are dreaming. The path to freedom is never easy. The first step is recognizing that you must start the journey.

The ultimate source of the motto is murky, but the best guess of scholars at this point is that Benjamin Franklin probably made it up.

A contract entered into of one’s own free will that is no longer upheld by the other party or parties of said contract makes the contract null and void. Any party who wishes to withdraw from said contract freely entered into is free to do so. The Constitution like the Articles of Confederation before it was and still is a contract between sovereign states and outlined the limited federal government that was put in place to protect and serve the sovereign members of said contract.
The War of Northern Aggression was perpetrated not to end slavery but to force the continuation of a union feely entered into upon parties who had withdrawn their consent from said union. As a displaced Yankee whose great grandfather Benjamin Palmer Downing did what he saw as his duty when on October 3rd 1861 he joined Company A of the 6th regiment of N H Volunteers I can tell you that this war did not settle the question of secession. As Russell says at Dump DC; It’s secession or slavery. Choose one. There is no third choice.
Secession is a strange concept to most. They believe that it involves a state or other organized governmental entity removing themselves from another such entity. I disagree. I believe it begins in the mind of an individual who wishes to secede from said entity and then acts upon it as an individual. It can only grow from there…

You are right David, And he was never my president since the first day this slug took office and along with him any democrats who represent the nation are not my leaders either, they are far worse then the slug in office because they do his illegal bidding along with many of the republic rats.
David, I agree 100% and use your spelling in any emails I send mentioning the pResident. I fear we do not have much to hope for with our new congress and senate. Very early on in the Obamacare debate I purchased a large lighted sign to put in front of my business warning of the perils and chastising my Congresswoman for her vote in the debacle. Shortly after doing this my company got its first IRS audit in 60 years. If you remember, the pResident had a web site for people to turn in naysayers of Obamacare. I had a woman pull in my driveway and take a picture of the sign and I suspect that is exactly where the picture went.
Just recently, I sent a scathing letter to my new Congressman regarding his yes vote for the Chromulus spending bill to fund the pResidents agenda for the next year. Not 3 days later my company had a surprise OSHA inspection. Did we win at the ballot box? Hardly.
My new tag line is now, “Criticize a democRat and you get an IRS audit; criticize a republican and you get an OSHA inspection.
I am now registered Independent and spend my money on bullets, beans and band aids.
