Another ‘Day of Infamy’ On the Horizon?

While Trump may hope that the economic pain from the US sanctions will compel Xi Jinping to alter Chinese trade policy and kow tow to Washington, his actions are viewed in China — not just by the leaders, but by the average Chinese man and woman in the street — as an act of war. Given China’s long history of being bullied and punished by Westerners, this is not going to sit well with the Chinese populace.

Trump’s Newest Iran Sanctions Another Shot Across China’s Bow

Surely it’s also a shot across China’s bow, given that it imports over a million barrels per day from Iran, and for years amid Tehran’s isolation has been the biggest buyer of Iranian crude.

Zerohedge post …

The United States government backed the Japanese into a corner and the result was Pearl Harbor. History may not always repeat, but, as they say, it often rhymes.

China has their weaknesses! It was reported yesterday the China embargo was unloading back at the ports. Wait till Chinese companies become Deal listed on the exchange and millions of their people come unemployed. When TRUMP gets two or three countries to agree to the tariffs deals other countries will be scrambling to get on board. China will then take a different approach because they can’t get the other countries to agree with them against us.

It’s too bad that the president is listening to the Neo-Con-Job psychos in DC. This is not a good thing. This is only going to escalate things into a hot war shortly.

Pearl Harbor, after FDR cut-off 88% of Japanese oil. Remember this isn’t aimed at Iran, this is a present to China.

At the last minute FDR had to sell Japan a bunch of oil so they had enough to sail their fleet to within striking range so they could attack Pearl Harbor.

The government has never been our friend.

At 83, my morning routine is simple: bagel, black coffee, and straight to my computer. First, I check emails and appointments, then obituaries to see who’s passed. Third stop? @NCRenegade
’s website (ncrenegade.com) – hands down one of the best! I’ll admit, I often “borrow” @DavidDeGerolamo’s awesome articles to share on FB, Twitter, and TruthSocial. Not stealing, just appreciating (thanks for the word, Grok)! Hope David’s cool with it. #NCRenegade #MorningReads

Zero Hedge: Partial history, the oil embargo was the trigger for Japan to attack. But Japanese pilots had been practicing with shallow draft airplane torpedoes for many months to attack Pearl Harbor.
FDR obviously Knew this as well.
