Biden DOJ “Actively Considering” Domestic Terrorism Law To Target White Supremacists

On Wednesday night, President Joe Biden told a Congress that “white supremacy is terrorism,” after claiming that US intelligence considers it “the most lethal terrorist threat to our homeland today.”

Hours earlier, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) set the stage for the new narrative by telling MSNBC‘s Nicol Wallace that “The predominant part of that domestic threat ” is white nationalists, adding “We can’t ignore that because of a political sensitivity that some of the folks are part of the Trump base.”

Less than 24 hours later, Bloomberg is reporting that the Biden DOJ is “actively considering” whether to seek a new law which would allow prosecutors to bring specific charges for domestic terrorists who plot and/or carry out attacks, according to a senior department official.

One of the things we’re looking at is would we need new authorities,” said deputy assistant attorney general for the department’s national security division, Brad Wiegmann, during a Thursday House hearing.

Weigmann added that while the department has been successful using existing laws to fight domestic terrorism – including bringing charges for offenses involving weapons or explosives violations, hate crimes and arson, there have been more than 430 arrests made in connection with the Jan. 6 assault on the US Capitol “carried out by extremist supporters of then-President Donald Trump” (as Bloomberg puts it).

The FBI has warned that domestic violent extremists pose a heightened threat for carrying out attacks in the U.S. in the near future, with white supremacists being the most lethal threat.

Currently, no U.S. law lets the government designate domestic extremists as terrorists or bring specific charges for domestic terrorism. That contrasts with laws to combat international terrorism, which allow the government to designate groups and bring charges for providing those groups with material support. –Bloomberg

“The question we’re really wrestling with is, are there gaps,” Weigman told a House Appropriations subcommittee. “Is there some type of conduct that we can envision that we can’t cover or would it be an otherwise benefit in having something else other than what we’re having now?”

How long are we going to wait?

First they came for the gun owners, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a gun owner.

Then they came for the conservatives, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a conservative.

Then they came for the Libertarians, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Libertarian.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

WE are now at that stage. Regardless of the new laws the .gov will think of and implement WE have lost everything except the one thing our forefathers, our vets gave their lives for, Freedom. Although Freedom, as WE now know it, has been torn to tatters the candle has not gone out. But in all honesty whose fault is this really? Shall each one of US, including myself, look in the mirror and ask this question? How would the reflection answer? Well I’m ready to go but I’m waiting for leadership. Or what should I do. I would do something but what? Agreed good questions. Simple answer DO WHAT YOU CAN. Small things add up NEVER FORGET THIS.Pick something, anything and throw a wrench into the works. Doesn’t have to be big. Stay small. There is nothing left to lose now. WE all wondered how far they will go. Well now WE know. They will go as far as they can to get what they want. Use darkness to our advantage.Take opportunities as they come. Be the tortoise.Keep your mouth shut at all times. You know nothing, you didn’t see a thing, didn’t hear a thing. Seize every opportunity you can. A lot of small victories soon pile up. WE can do this.God Speed.

Rob, et al,

Reading comprehension is key.

It says “Domestic.”

“Domestic,” when taken from the perspective of the Independent City State/Nation that is “District of Columbia,” means “within the District of Columbia.”

Anything outside of “District of Columbia” (“United States”) is foreign.

“United States” is run as a plenary oligarchy, as authorized by The Constitution of the United States, 1790, and the 1790 Residence Act. Nothing that “US CONGRESS” passes has any force or effect outside of the boundary stones defining the square ten miles on a side that is this “District.”

Starting to make sense why things happened the way they did on January 6th? Why they put up a military cordon and had over 40k troops there?

Why they were able to shoot Ashli Babbit and get away with it? Lock up peaceful rally participants and torture them without Due Process?

It is because DC is not America! Has nothing to do with us. Our capitol is and has always been Philadelphia.

So, the issue remains, if you allow yourself to be characterized as a “citizen of the United States” (defined as someone that has “been born or (voluntarily) naturalized in Washington DC”), anywhere you travel on the globe you are “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” of the Plenary Oligarchy.

By definition, -all- such “citizens of the United States” are “criminals, slaves, and enemy combatants.” They have no rights, are literal property, and can be treated as such without consequence.

If this is acceptable, carry on. Things -will- get much, much worse.

Or, object. Stand up and declare your actual status as Americans, and reclaim your rights and guarantees. Hundreds of Americans a day are doing so, to the point that County Recorders are having to schedule appointments several weeks out.

Yeah, I am tired of the bullshit statement “come and take ’em”. They don’t have to come an take anything. They just charge you with bullshit and then keep you from bonding out, tax the F outta you, STEAL THE MOST IMPORTANT PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION EVER, and We don’t do shit. Nothing. Hell, they might as well “come an take ’em” cause We ain’t gonna do shit anyway. If we won’t stand up to em for rigging an election and putting this idiot in the WH….I have absolutely no faith in Us doing anything at all. When they start confiscation, the lines will be long and pathetic of would-be-patriots turning in their weapons. And there will be alot who don’t. But We don’t have any guidance, leadership, rallies, or convictions to do what needs done. Them? Christ, the Whitehouse, Congress, The Senate, FBI, DOJ, DNI, ATF, CIA, IRS on and on and on. And now?? The F ing NAVY, ARMY, USMC and Airforce. Why? Simple, they cheat like their lives depend on it and they have no qualms throwing you in prison…shooting your wife and child in Northern Idaho, burning your home down in WACO and charging good people with bullshit insurrection nonsense for JANUARY 6th. We. Do. Nothing.
Come and take em?? What the f for? We hung together in 1776, but we are gonna hang separately unless something changes and God ______soon.

Comes as no surprise. Of course, they’re going to stack the deck in their favor and add arrows to their quiver. I would do the same thing in their shoes. It’s logical, from their perspective, and a way to pick us off one at a time.

Idaho is not standing for it.

The Idaho Assembly just enacted the first Public Law for Idaho, 17.12.2020.
Can be found at Boise County Instrument # 272222
“Any Public (Incorporated) Entity within the physical boundaries of Idaho that attempts to enforce mandatory “Behaviors of a Medical Nature” shall be fined not less than $75,000 and not more than $1,000,000.00 per instance. Continued violations will result in revocation of Corporate Charter to do business within the physical borders of Idaho.”

It was sent to the Governor, Secretary of State, and “Central District Health.”

The unlawful mask mandate was lifted in February.

Self-governance is effective, straightforward, and most importantly, peaceful.

Correct your status and join up. We’d enjoy having you participate.
