At my direction @TheJusticeDept has dismissed charges against Dr. Kirk Moore.
— Attorney General Pamela Bondi (@AGPamBondi) July 12, 2025
Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so. He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing. It ends today.

Appeasement to satisfy the masses. Don’t fall for it.
It is the right thing to do certainly, but I remain skeptical of the motive. Certainly could be a effort or gin up some good will in light of the discontent they are dealing with regarding Epstein. Throwing us a bone like this will not satiate the thirst for justice.
I was thinking the same thing. Dr. Moore is without a doubt a hero, and now he also appears to be the beneficiary of extreme pressure on the administration. I wonder is Blondi would have been so generous before the Epstein debacle.
My goodness, Pam couldn’t get a reservation at the salon so she did some work, about time.
Matt Hoover is still in prison.
While dropping these charges is a good thing it’s being done now as a distraction.
