There is first world, and then there’s first world…
Oh, big deal! We’ve got Detroit, so there!
China, while now militarily dangerous to the West, is a paper tiger economically. They are at risk for a massive collapse if they make even a minor misstep. They are in no better shape economic the the US, they are just ill in a different manner.
You are correct.however if people think they are a threat then…?
China is one massive bubble waiting to pop. It’s economy is all smoke and mirrors.
Perhaps, but where are you getting this information? Hmmm? I’m no fan of the CCP, but neither do I trust what our government and the MSM spout. I simply don’t know because we can’t trust the sources.
It’s all a glittery facade that barely holds together. The issues with buildings and systems are well known. Without the CCP holding a gun to the backs of an army of maintenance/repair workers it will all fall apart.
Welcome to “Blade Runner” --now all they need is Harrison Ford and some spinners cruising about.
The first thing I thought of when I saw the video. Just a Hollywood facade too.
Bright and shiny for sure but I’ll stick to my nice quiet country side.
