That man was murdered. I believe his hand motions were reactive, after watching several videos. EVEN IF his preterminal motions were reaching for a shoulder rig, what would YOU do, after exiting the vehicle in the surrender position, distancing yourself from the vehicle, then taking fire from multiple assailants in superior firing positions, knowing you were screwed?
