Corrupt DC Judge Mehta Lectures Oath Keeper Founder Stewart Rhodes Then Sentences Him to 18 Years in Prison for January 6

The sentencing for Oath Keeper founder Elmer Stewart Rhodes began at 9:30 am.

US District Judge Amit Mehta, presiding over the Oath Keepers seditious conspiracy trial, evaluated the “terror enhancement” penalties the government is seeking to justify keeping Rhodes behind bars for 25 years on Thursday morning during the sentencing hearing.

At 1:30 pm, US District Judge Amit Mehta, presiding over the Oath Keepers seditious conspiracy trial, will begin sentencing for Florida Oath Keeper Kelly Meggs.

The government sought “terror enhancements” for all 9 of the first Oath Keepers being sentenced. The government has sought the terrorist penalties in four other J6 cases, but judges have rebuffed each time.

I have met and interviewed Stewart Rhodes. I found him to be an honorable man who truly loves his country. Your comment is based on “feelings” and is a cheap shot.

He is. No question in my mind that there are either incredibly stupid people that comment on this board or they are subversives. Should be proud if the latter Dave. It means they are scared of you

OK. Help me out here. The only link in the article to donate to Mr. Rhodes is to GiveSendGo -- from which he has not received A DIME for over a year.
We all remember what GiveSendGo did to the Canada Truckers Convoy. Why are we still using GiveSendGo? What other method can we use?

05/25/23 Added. update on GSG’s failure to pay Stewart Rhodes. I e-mailed GSG and asked why he has not been paid the 12,000+ sitting in his account. GSG probably won’t answer since I am only a “potential contributor.”
E-mail:
Support@GiveSendGo.com; support@givesendgo.freshdesk.com; Info@GiveSendGo.com
or:
“Report GSG to Delaware State Atty Genl:
       GiveSendGoLLC
       8 The Green, STE A
       Dover, DE 19901
 https://www.givesendgo.com/Pricing-and-Fees
US users only: A fee of 2.7% + $0.30 per transaction. For all non-US campaigns, processing fees of 3.5% + $0.30 in addition to currency exchange fees incurred by payment processor. All fees are deducted from each transaction automatically so you’re never billed for anything.
--> Here’s the gaping legal hole -- Payment Processors??
GiveSendGo is not the same company as our payment processors and their fees and commissions are subject to change without notice from us. (GSG has lousy a sourcing staff that can’t negotiate solid agreements, or there’s variable interest being made of the funds)…
“[services] …are provided by a variety of payment processing companies and are subject to their own Connected Account Agreement, which includes their Terms of Service). By agreeing to this agreement / these terms or continuing to operate as a Campaign Owner on GiveSendGo, you agree to be bound by their terms of service, as the same may be modified by them from time to time. As a condition of GiveSendGo enabling payment processing services through our third party payment processors, you agree to provide GiveSendGo accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize GIveSendGo to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services.”
GOVERNING LAW/FORUM OF DISPUTE: (no courts for GSG unless it’s really bad…and even then, no juries…)
The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA’s rules are available at http://www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules. We will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. [So any claim over $10,000 the campaign owner risks having to pay AAA’s fees].
You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights. If for any reason, a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the dispute shall be exclusively brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Delmar and County of Sussex, Delaware. Subject to the arbitration provisions set forth above, the successful party in any dispute will be entitled to receive from the unsuccessful party all of its reasonable attorneys’ fees, cost, and disbursements.”
That was an interesting rabbit hole. What a rip off organization. There’s an indemnification clause too… so much for spiritual charity. I would/will never use this organization.

Tragedy of the Commons

Being judged by a dual citizen from India vs a generational patriotic
Aryan American citizen; yea right. Not nearly the same.
Rhodes did nothing wrong: did not enter The People’s House, did not
incite a riot such as Epps, did not destruct any of our property.
The verdict was simply because he is a real American.

We have the government we deserve, and anyone thinking military service is honorable needs their head examined.
Most everyone who joins the military, joins to ‘escape’ social responsibility and expects to be treated as a community ‘hero’ for their cowardice. Be a coward, get 10% off at Lowes for life.

I agree. They also join to get out of poverty, and/or for a college or university degree. Joining the military is akin to a stockholm syndrome of sorts. It’s putting oneself in a position of submission to a satanic organization that’s run and dictated to by another satanic organization (the Pentagon), and they active have means systemically to disenfranchise the veteran after their service. The unwritten policies manifest as defacto stratification in the workforce for instance, such as with one’s skills not transferring to the civilian world. Because the American people allowed a standing army they cannot incorporate these skills into the fabric of society after the veteran’s service, and are therefore unrealized towards a viable domestic military force that could fill all of the positions of the standing armed forces of the state, thereby ensuring an uneven power structure and is also antithetical towards a viable robust domestic economy. The American people are largely responsible for this, the homeless veterans, those that have difficulty transitioning to the civilian world, and in being unable to find suitable work.
